Remember this captivating live performance? Bradford Cox utilises a selection of pedals to establish beautiful rhythmic arpeggiated lines, after picking simply the root note on acoustic guitar. Loops are layered before he progresses to a nearby drumkit, because this man can do anything.
Now we have an official mp3 release, and the track seems to have maintained a similar arrangement, with heavily quantised piano layered above the guitar. It’s all the more impressive when you know how he did it though, isn’t it?
